Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Laborer to support construction site activities, cleaning and preparing sites, and assisting with materials and equipment. The role requires physical stamina and reliable transportation to multiple sites, with safety training and adherence to procedures essential.

Applicants should have a high school education and experience with underground utility construction or small tools. This hourly, non-exempt position offers opportunities for overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Experience in underground utility construction.
• Experience operating small equipment and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in safety meetings.
• Operate tamping machines as specified.
• Inspect machines and assist with maintenance.
• Assist with loading and unloading and preparing jobsite materials.
• Maintain neat and clean work area.
• Assist with excavation and placement of conduits and concrete work.
