MasTec, Inc. is seeking construction laborers to perform physically demanding tasks across multiple jobsites. Responsibilities include digging, pouring concrete, handling materials, and assisting with site setup and cleanup.

The role emphasizes strict safety adherence and the ability to adapt to changing tasks as the project progresses. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be capable of following detailed instructions, performing basic math for measurements, and carrying out

Formación

• Must take reasonable care of own and others’ health and safety.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Perform basic math operations for measurements and quantities.
• Follow written and oral instructions accurately.
• Ability to work within set procedures and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Complete safety documentation.
• Dig, spread and level dirt and gravel with a pick or shovel.
• Lift and carry materials and tools on site.
• Clean tools, equipment and work areas.
• Mix and place concrete, gravel and other materials using hand tools.
• Join, wrap and seal pipe sections.
• Perform routine non-machine tasks and install caulking and rebar.
• Site cleanup, demolition, and assistance on site as needed.
• May travel to different jobsites on short notice.
