Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a general laborer.
• Able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, climb and lift 75 pounds.
• Knowledge of OSHA Standards.
• Able to obtain Arsenal/FBI badges preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and work weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stack materials, equipment, and tools.
• Use hand/power tools to complete tasks on-site.
• Clean and prepare construction sites.
• Dig trenches, compact earth, and backfill holes.
• Follow supervisor instructions and construction plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work area.
• Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools and materials.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
