Job summary

APC Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Laborer to operate a variety of heavy equipment on construction sites. This role supports groundwork, paving and earthwork, switching tasks as needed in a utility capacity.

Pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, based on experience. Candidates must pass pre-employment screenings, adhere to OSHA/MSHA safety standards, and be willing to work nights, weekends, and travel when required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist crew with shoveling, raking, and basic site duties.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
• Maintain time and material records and report issues to supervision.
• Attend assigned shifts; comply with travel, nights, and weekend requirements.
