Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Foreman to supervise field crews on heavy civil and infrastructure projects in the United States. You will lead teams, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety and quality on site.

You will work outdoors in varied weather, perform manual duties, handle concrete, earthwork, and installations, and support project goals through teamwork and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Move throughout a construction jobsite and adapt to outdoor conditions.
• Follow all safety policies and report unsafe activities.
• Provide leadership to others through example and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry and hold construction materials, tools and supplies.
• Clean tools, equipment, materials and work area.
• Dig, spread and level dirt, sand and gravel with hand tools.
• Assist equipment operators and signal dumping positions to maintain grades.
• Mix and spread concrete, asphalt and gravel with hand tools.
• Direct laborers in pouring concrete.
• Erect shoring and bracing.
• Assist in installing pipes.
• Use power and air tools and maintain erosion control.
