Job summary

Forgen, LLC. in South Bay, FL is seeking a Laborer to support geotechnical and Civil construction projects. You will perform manual tasks, assist with excavation, operate basic equipment, and help keep the site clean and organized.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to follow safety plans, SDS, and written or oral instructions. Candidates with 0–5+ years of construction laborer experience will be considered depending on the Laborer level.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Laborer levels 1–3 specify experience: 0+, 2+, 5+ years.
• Read and comply with safety plans, MSDS and SDS.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a drug-free workplace environment with a random drug testing program.
• Drive safety culture and promote Incident and Injury Free Performance.
• Assist with excavation and/or hand excavation of contaminated soils.
• Operate manual and mechanical clearing equipment and power washer.
• Direct traffic and perform general housekeeping on site.
• Read and comply with Safety Data Sheets for chemicals on site.
• Follow written and oral instructions and coordinate tasks using radios.
• Willing to work extended hours and be a team player on projects.
