Job summary

Forgen, a leading geotechnical and specialty civil construction company, seeks a General Construction Laborer to support field crews on projects across North America. You will perform manual tasks, assist with excavation, operate clearing equipment, and help maintain a safe, incident-free work site in Turkey, TX.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, be willing to extend hours, and work as part of a team. TWIC and safety training are preferred but training is provided as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience as laborer at construction sites preferred.
• Must follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assist with excavation and hand excavation of soils.
• Operate manual and mechanical clearing equipment as directed.
• Read and follow safety plans, SDS, and warning tags.
• Coordinate tasks using handheld radios with the team.
• Work extended hours as needed on project sites.
