Qualifications

• Basic understanding of hand tools and construction equipment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespersons with tasks such as carrying materials and preparing work areas.
• Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
• Dig trenches, backfill, and perform earthmoving tasks with shovels and picks.
• Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE; erect/dismantle scaffolding as directed.
