Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer to join the Operations team on the Chester project in Chester, VA. This full-time role focuses on site preparation, cleanliness, and supporting the safety team and carpenters.

Responsibilities include moving materials, loading/unloading deliveries, and helping with various tasks to keep the jobsite efficient and safe. OSHA compliance is expected and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of construction experience required.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Provide primary support to field supervision and crew.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs., and work on uneven surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing the worksite.
• Assisting safety team and moving jobsite materials.
• Assisting carpenters and helping with deliveries.
