Holder Construction is hiring a Laborer for our Chester, VA project. This full-time position supports the Operations team with site prep, material handling, and basic carpentry assistance while promoting safety and efficiency on site.

The role requires at least 1 year of construction experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the stamina to stand or walk for long periods. Night/shift considerations may apply where needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods and work on uneven surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare the worksite.
