The Laborer will support site operations, with duties that may change based on project needs, and must be prepared for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work on weekends as needed.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Flag traffic to ensure safety on active job sites.
• Set up and maintain erosion control measures.
• Load and unload materials for project needs.
• Shovel and rake dirt, gravel, and asphalt.
• Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe workspace.
• Check and maintain grade stakes for elevation and alignment.
• Set up and maintain traffic control aids (signs, barriers).
• General maintenance of all equipment and tools on site.
• Assist in other duties as directed by supervisors.
