Job summary

Maine Drilling & Blasting Inc in Milford, MA is seeking hardworking individuals to join our employee-owned team. Starting pay $18-$20/hour with travel stipends; work outdoors on construction sites around explosives, follow safety procedures, and learn the drilling and blasting industry.

Must have valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 100 lbs, commute to job sites, and pass ATF screenings. Opportunities for overtime, training, and advancement within our family-like, near-term growing

Qualifications

• Must adhere to Company Safety procedures and policies.
• Physical agility and ability to work outdoors.
• Submit weekly time records to Blaster/Foreman.
• Learn safety aspects of working around explosives.
• Take direction and perform construction laboring tasks.
• Occasionally work unsupervised.
• Attend safety and foreman meetings.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Perform physical labor at outdoor construction sites.
• Submit accurate weekly time cards.
• Learn and apply safety around blasting operations.
• Carry out general labor tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Work in varying weather and travel as needed.
• Attend meetings and safety briefings.
