Top Gunn Family Construction is hiring dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support a variety of building projects. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role best suited for individuals who enjoy working both indoors and outside, learning on the job, and contributing to a team environment. Projects may include residential and light commercial construction, including site prep, demolition, framing support, cleanup, and more.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and tools
• Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades on site
• Perform basic demolition, digging, grading, and debris removal
• Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
• Mix and pour concrete, install temporary structures (e.g., barricades, scaffolding)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow instructions from supervisors and tradespeople
• Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality a must
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a crew
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction processes
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Preferred

• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or similar outdoor labor
• Familiarity with jobsite safety practices
