Cape Associates, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Yard/Truck Driver to support site operations in Eastham, MA. You will maintain equipment, perform safety checks, manage site waste, assist project managers, and help organize receiving bays and inventory.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to operate light-duty trucks, and a team-oriented, safety-conscious mindset. Training is provided for equipment operation and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license required or preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate light-duty trucks and trailers; training provided if needed.
• Candidates must have strong communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities; capable of following instructions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and use equipment following health and safety regulations.
• Clean, lubricate, and perform regular safety checks on equipment.
• Ensure equipment is properly positioned before use or loading/unloading.
• Perform other construction duties as needed.
• Observe safe distribution of construction materials and report faults promptly.
• Keep sites safe and clean; attend refresher courses as required.
• Identify faults and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Assist Warehouse Team as required.
