Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in commercial construction (preferred).
• Understand safety rules and tool instructions.
• Take measurements and perform calculations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Use required tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Follow supervisor instructions and assist other trades on site.
• Direct traffic during roadway construction as required.
• Build and dismantle scaffolding or temporary structures; maintain tools/equipment.
• Keep immediate working area clean; use broom and wheelbarrows; follow material procedures.
• Identify and report safety hazards and take corrective action.
• Demonstrate safe working practices and comply with safety requirements.
