Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Hands-on construction experience is highly preferred but not required.
• OSHA certification is preferred but not required; will be required to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage materials and tools on site.
• Sweep and clean job sites.
• Position materials for installation and help trades.
• Set up temporary structures—barriers, scaffolding, fencing.
• Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete/asphalt.
• Support renovations and misc. labor for property management projects.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of storage trailers and tools.
