Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. is seeking a Laborer in Little Elm, TX for the Central Water Region - Doe Branch Project.

The role involves physical labor on construction sites, including commercial and heavy civil projects, with occasional tool operation and site preparation tasks. Responsibilities include working with the crew, using hand and power tools, cleaning sites, loading materials, and following safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year verifiable construction experience preferred.
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving physical labor as directed by supervisor.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools (drills, hammers, and others) with guidance.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, erect scaffolding, dispose of debris, and dig trenches.
• Load and unload construction supplies around the site manually and with equipment.
