Job summary

Archer Western Construction, LLC is hiring a Laborer for the Central Water Region - Doe Branch Project in Little Elm, TX. The role requires performing physical labor on construction sites, assisting crew members, and using hand and power tools under supervision.

Qualifications

• 1 year verifiable construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor as directed by supervisor.
• Operate hand and power tools as required (drills, hammers, etc).
• Clean and prepare construction sites, erect scaffolding, dispose of debris, and dig trenches.
• Load and unload construction supplies manually or with equipment.
