Walsh Group is seeking a Common Laborer for the Central Water Group project in Lewisville, Texas. The role involves physical labor on construction sites, including commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects; you may operate hand and power tools and assist with site preparation and duties as assigned.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability, with opportunities to work across the U.S. in our Building, Transportation, and Water Divisions.

Qualifications

• 1 year verifiable construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may work in adverse weather.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving physical labor as instructed by supervisor.
• Work with crew members and operate hand and power tools.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, erect scaffolding, dispose of debris, and dig trenches.
• Load and unload construction supplies on site manually or with equipment.
