Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must be able to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder
• Good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods
• Effective communication with co-workers and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed safely and properly

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor as directed by the supervisor
• Operate hand and/or power tools as needed
• Prepare and clean construction sites; erect scaffolding and dispose of debris
• Load and unload construction supplies manually and with equipment
