Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. is seeking a Common Laborer for the Central Water Group / Kyle WWTP EWP in Kyle, TX. This role involves physical construction labor on commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects, with opportunities to work across the U.S. in our Building, Transportation, and Water Divisions.

Responsibilities include supporting crew with tools, site prep, debris removal, and material handling. A pre-employment drug screen is required and safety policies must be followed.

Qualifications

• 1 year verifiable construction experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must follow safety policies and communicate effectively with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor as directed by supervisor.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, erect scaffolding, and dispose of debris.
• Load and unload materials manually or with equipment.
