Job summary

West Shore Home in Nashville, TN is seeking a Construction Laborer to assist with safe and effective installations of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. You will load materials, greet customers, install fixtures, and ensure a clean, professional job site.

The role requires hands-on carpentry and basic tool knowledge, plus a valid driver's license. Training and advancement opportunities are offered in a growing, nationwide home improvement company.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone or smart device for company systems and two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround, and update plumbing as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and show care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
