Job summary

Garney is seeking a Laborer to support the crew with daily tasks using a range of techniques and equipment in a busy construction setting in Tucson, AZ. The role requires working on your feet all day and willingness to travel for work.

You will operate pneumatic and electrical tools and assist with handling materials, pipe installations, and site readiness. Garney provides OSHA 10 and Fall Protection training, with overtime opportunities and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on your feet all day.
• Must complete OSHA 10 (provided by Garney).
• Must complete Fall Protection Certification (provided by Garney).
• Must be willing to work overtime.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to travel for work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the crew with daily tasks using various techniques and equipment.
• Operate pneumatic and electrical tools such as vibrators, compactors, concrete saws, cut-off saws, jackhammers.
• Lift, carry, and hold building materials, tools, and supplies.
• Join, wrap, seal, and bed underground pipe and penetrations.
