Job summary

Garney is seeking an entry-level Laborer to support the construction crew in daily tasks and learn essential site skills. The role offers opportunities to work with concrete tools, pipe work, and heavy materials on site in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is physically able to stand all day, willing to travel, and ready to complete Garney-provided OSHA 10 and Fall Protection Certification. Eligible for overtime and competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification is required (Garney provides)
• Fall protection certification required (Garney provides)
• Candidate must have reliable transportation
• Candidate must be willing to travel for work

Responsibilities

• Assist crew with daily tasks using a variety of tools and equipment
• Operate pneumatic and electrical tools (concrete vibrators, saws, jackhammers, trenchers)
• Lift and move building materials, tools, and supplies
• Join, wrap, seal, and bed underground pipe sections
