Job summary

Garney is seeking a Laborer to support the crew with daily tasks using a range of techniques and equipment in a busy construction setting in Tucson, AZ. The role requires working on your feet all day and willingness to travel for work.

You will operate pneumatic and electrical tools and assist with handling materials, pipe installations, and site readiness. Garney provides OSHA 10 and Fall Protection training, with overtime opportunities and travel as needed.

GARNEY A Laborer position is available at Garney.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

This position is focused on assisting the crew with the completion of daily tasks with the use of a variety of techniques and equipment.

• Maintaining and operating pneumatic and electrical tools, such as concrete vibrators, compactors, concrete saws, cut-off saws, jackhammers, and hand-operated trenchers
• Lifting, carrying, and holding building materials, tools, and supplies
• Joining, wrapping, sealing, and bedding sections of underground pipe and pipe penetrations

We are looking for hard-working individuals who enjoy being active and working on their feet throughout the day. The ideal candidate must also be able to use essential tools such as tape measurers, hammers, tool belts, and lineman pliers to perform their assigned tasks accurately.

• Must be able to work on their feet for an entire day

GARNEY A Laborer position offers highly competitive weekly pay starting at $20 per hour.
