Job summary

A construction firm based in Cypress is looking for a Construction Laborer who will perform various trades including carpentry and drywall installation. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in the construction industry, be proficient in reading blueprints, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include tracking work hours and installing fixtures. Compensation is based on experience plus bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient reading plan and other construction documentation.
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Available to work extended hours as required.
• Motor vehicle driving record consistent with Company standards.
• Able to travel as needed.

Position: Construction Laborer

Location: 5856 Corp Ave, Suite 200, Cypress, CA

Clockwork Construction Inc. is a commercial general contractor specializing in fast food restaurant remodels and new construction along with other commercial remodel and new buildings.

Responsibilities

• Perform various trades including wood carpentry, finish carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall installation and taping, FRP installation, concrete, installation of doors, frames and hardware, etc. as needed.
• Installation of Fixtures, Furnishings and Equipment.
• Track and report hours worked
• Follow direction of Superintendent/lead carpenter on daily tasks to be performed
