Job summary

WSB Solutions in West Virginia is hiring General Laborers to join our team. This role involves performing general labor duties at various jobsites and supporting flooring, painting, and cleanup tasks. We offer a daytime schedule Monday–Friday with options 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Pay rate is $17.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Physical work includes lifting and staying on task. Casual, work-appropriate clothing is required; steel-toe boots are not required but

Local Company Hiring General Laborers

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team!

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
Pay Rate: $17.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general labor duties at various jobsites

Assist with flooring, painting, and jobsite cleanup

Perform heavy lifting and other physical labor as needed

Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized

Work independently while staying on task

Attend Monday morning meetings before reporting to the applicable jobsite

Physical Requirements:

This is a physically active position — expect to be on your feet and moving throughout the workday

Must be able to lift, bend, twist, and perform heavy lifting

Must be comfortable working in different jobsite environments
