Job description

Bill Weber Jr. Homes is a well-known homebuilder in the Dane county area with a reputation for delivering quality homes on time. We are looking for someone who has high attention to detail, can multi-task, and has great communication skills. This position is responsible for various different aspects of the homebuilding process. This is a field position and the employee would be doing various tasks at different stages of construction. On a daily basis, this position works with sub-contractors and upper management. This position would report to the project manager.

Compensation: $25+ (Based on experience) + Full Benefits/401k and Annual Bonus Program

Qualifications:

• Transportation to and from jobsites throughout Dane County
• Ability to follow Bill Weber Jr. Homes processes
• The ability to complete tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver all aspects of Home Building
• A workweek consists of 40 hours: Monday – Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm and Friday 7:00am – 11:00am. Rarely do we require employees to go over 40 hours, but sometimes it happens.
• Help ensure the home is complete before homeowner move-in
• Maintain Bill Weber Jr. Homes’ great relationship with sub-contractors
• Ensure a safe work environment at the jobsite
• Finalize punch out lists before closing and inspections
• Contribute to processes and help Bill Weber Jr. Homes run more efficiently
• Maintain positive relationships with sub-contractors
• Minimal travel required in the Dane County area; means of transportation is a must.
