Job summary

McGrath & Associates, Inc. is a St. Louis-based Design/Build Construction Manager and General Contractor seeking a Laborer to support active construction sites in the St. Louis area.

You will perform general labor, assist with site cleanup, and help with demolition and material handling while working with experienced crews. This role requires 3+ years of construction experience, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a valid driver's license. OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience
• Membership in the St. Louis Laborers Union is required (sponsorship available)
• OSHA 30 certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Performing general labor tasks on active construction jobsites
• Jobsite cleanup, organization, and material handling
• Assisting with demolition and site prep
• Supporting carpenters and other trades as needed
• Following all safety procedures and identifying hazards
• Taking direction from Superintendents and field leadership
