Job summary

Creative Modular Construction is seeking a Construction Laborer in Springfield, MO, for a full-time role in a controlled indoor production environment.

We are hiring Construction Laborers with experience or interest in a variety of skilled trades including framing, electrical, plumbing, finish work, roofing, and modular assembly.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the construction and assembly of commercial modular buildings
• Perform work related to framing, electrical, plumbing, interior finish, exterior finish, roofing, or general assembly
• Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and build specifications
• Install construction materials, fixtures, components, and systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments and trade teams
