Job summary

MODLOGIQ is seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to assist with modular building installation, site preparation, and general labor tasks. You will support crews to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments while helping projects stay on schedule.

The role requires physical endurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. No formal experience is required, but prior construction exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• US citizen status required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous construction laborer experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, assembly, and setup of modular buildings and related structures.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction activities.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed.
• Assist skilled tradespersons with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work.
• Perform demolition, excavation, and site preparation activities when required.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Handle material staging, inventory, and general site organization.
• Remove debris and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
• Travel to project locations as required.

What you'll do

• Assist with the installation, assembly, and setup of modular buildings and related structures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work safely and efficiently.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and construction equipment.
• Occasional overtime and travel may be required based on project needs.
