We are hiring across first and second shift and are especially interested in candidates with experience in skilled trades such as plumbing, drywall, carpentry, finish work, exterior construction, and related construction disciplines.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with their hands, understands construction processes, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

At CHB, you're not working on small projects one job at a time. You're helping build modular housing at scale in one of the country's largest modular manufacturing facilities.

You'll have the opportunity to apply the construction skills you've already developed while learning how those skills translate into a modern modular construction environment.

We are building teams across our shifts, with opportunities for experienced skilled tradespeople and individuals who want to grow into greater responsibility, including future lead and foreman opportunities.

Schedule
  • First and Second shifts available.
  • Specific shift schedules and available opportunities will be discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications
  • Previous construction or skilled trade experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability in at least one skilled construction discipline
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
