Construction Crew Member

Location: Various locations; requires travel.

We are seeking hard-working and dedicated Construction Crew Members to join our team! The ideal candidate will have the ability to travel out of town for projects, carry out physically demanding tasks, and work effectively within a team. Your role will be essential in our soil stabilization projects, providing hands-on support to ensure successful completion.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to bend, stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods.
• Capability to carry and lift materials weighing from 25lbs to 95lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Experience in construction or similar field is a plus, but not required.

Description of Duties:

• Travel Requirements: Travel out of town Monday through Friday. Return home Friday afternoons.
• Material and Equipment Organization: Organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for construction projects.
• Teamwork: Work in crews of 5-7 men, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.
• Soil Stabilization Projects: Perform soil stabilization projects using equipment such as drills, grout plants, compressors, forklifts, loaders, etc.
• Site Set-Up and Clean-Up: Responsible for setting up the work area and cleaning up after project completion, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
