Job Overview

The primary focus of the Laborer is to assist all self-perform construction disciplines in completing scheduled work. Responsibilities include site housekeeping, material stocking and deliveries, selective demolition, scaffold erection, equipment maintenance, and supporting self-perform trades. The position requires working within a 90-mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA, from our office location.

Position Responsibilities

1. Maintain site cleanliness and support construction activities.
2. Safely load/unload materials, verify deliveries, and stock designated areas.
3. Assist with construction sequencing, demolition, and erecting scaffolding.
4. Perform safety checks, equipment maintenance, and organize jobsite logistics.
5. Adhere to safety regulations and complete mandatory safety training.
