Job summary

Grainda Builders Inc. in Cornelius, NC seeks a dedicated Construction Laborer to support luxury residential projects. This hands-on role involves daily physical work, traveling between sites, and dependable transportation to navigate multiple project locations.

You will assist crews with setup and cleanup, move tools and materials, and support installers on spray foam insulation while adhering to safety procedures. Must have a valid driver’s license and be a reliable team player.

Qualifications

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in attics, crawlspaces, warm environments, and active job sites.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass employer-paid respirator fit test as part of onboarding.

Construction Laborer

Location: Cornelius, NC

Ready to kick-start your career in construction? We're on the lookout for construction laborers to join our team. If your interest includes luxury residential construction. Candidates must beself-motivated with a desire to collaborate and learn from some of the best builders in the business.

This is a hands-on position with different tasks daily. Travel is a must. You must have dependable transportation and be able to navigate from one project to another.

• $17.00 - $19.00 an hour based on experience
