Job Description

We are a busy construction company and are always hiring dedicated construction laborers to join our team. The Construction Laborer will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, loading and unloading heavy materials, and following directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. To succeed in this role, you should be physically fit, reliable, and a hard worker.

This is an entry-level position with potential for growth!

Requirements:

1. Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
2. Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled laborers as needed.
3. Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards.
4. Load or unload construction materials.
5. Assemble and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
6. Remove, fill, or compact earth.
7. Follow instructions from supervisors.
8. Assist craft workers.
9. Be willing to learn through on-the-job training.
10. Perform site clean-up.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform physical labor and strenuous physical tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Experience as a general laborer in construction is helpful but not required.
