Construction Laborer

We are looking to employ laborers responsible for select demolition, building custom forms, pouring concrete, mixing materials, moving materials, site cleanup, site organization, and assisting in material installation.

We specialize in concrete restoration, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and coating systems.

To be successful in this position, the desire to perform physical work with your hands is essential.

We are willing to train as material installers, providing room for growth.

Laborer Responsibilities:

1. Job setup and general organization
2. Measure, cut, and install wooden forms
3. Pour concrete
4. Cut steel
5. Mix various concretes, mortars, epoxies, etc.

Laborer Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Preferably 3 years of experience
• At least 2,000 hours of hands-on experience
• Ability to perform strenuous tasks manually
• Ability to kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials
• Ability to measure accurately
