Job summary

Motive Workforce on Catalina Island, CA seeks an Experienced Construction Laborer for a long-running project. You will support generator infrastructure work with form work, rebar, conduit installation, and general site labor.

Candidates must be flexible to rotate duties, have 3–5 years of construction experience, and be able to pass background check and drug screen. OT may be available on Fridays and Saturdays. This assignment is a 4x10 schedule, with work from 6:30am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

3–5 years of construction site experience.
Experience with form work, rebar, and conduit installation.
Flexible and able to rotate duties.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Experienced Construction Laborer

Assignment Location: Catalina Island, CA

Project Duration: Approximately 4 months

Pay: Open based on experience and qualifications - $26-29/hr

Note: Candidate may start pending background check and drug screen but must pass both to remain on assignment.

Project Overview

This is a long term construction project on Catalina Island supporting critical generator infrastructure for a major utility company. Seeking a skilled Construction Laborer with strong form work, rebar, and conduit installation experience. You must be flexible and comfortable rotating between duties as the job demands. This is a project based role only.
