Job summary

Motive Workforce seeks an Experienced Carpenter for a long-term Catalina Island project supporting generator infrastructure for a major utility. Responsibilities include form work, rebar, conduit installation, and general site labor; rotation between duties as needed.

Assignment is about 4 months with a 4x10 schedule (Mon-Thu 6:30am–5:00pm) and OT Fri/Sat. Pay is $30-35/hr, open based on experience, with background check and drug screen required to start.

• 3-5 years experience in construction roles.
• Experience with rebar, formwork, and conduit installation preferred.
