Aerotek is seeking six Construction Laborers to join our Atlanta-based crew. The primary role is to oversee spotting and ensure safety while team members operate machines and move materials on site.

Responsibilities include supervising machine operators, guiding loading and movement of materials, and managing drivers and machine operations. The position is contract to hire with competitive hourly pay and full onsite benefits.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
