Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, business, or related field.
• 4–5 years of construction labor relations experience preferred.
• Familiar with collective bargaining agreements and grievance administration.
• Knowledge of Hawaii labor unions and construction workforce practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for labor unions and employee representatives.
• Administer and interpret craft CBAs to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate grievance meetings, investigations, and resolutions.
• Support contract negotiations and labor-related meetings.
• Assist with workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding for craft workers.
• Prepare workforce reports on absenteeism and turnover.
• Maintain confidential information with discretion.
