Job summary

Zero-Impact-Builders is seeking a versatile General Laborer to support our renewable-energy construction projects in Santa Rosa, CA. You will assist with site prep, material handling, and basic structural tasks while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include concrete work, conduit and wiring prep, and operating or guiding heavy equipment such as a Bobcat or backhoe. Valid drivers license required; teamwork and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including site cleanup and material handling
• Follow concrete-related tasks: forming, pouring, mixing, rebar, and finishing
• Work with conduit, PVC, EMT, underground and overhead installations as needed
• Operate and assist with heavy equipment (Bobcat, backhoe, forklift) under supervision

Requirements:

• General tasks include Concrete; forming, pouring, mixing, rebar, finishing
• Generally working with Conduit PVC, EMT, Underground, and overhead
• Install Transformers/switchboards
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
• Load and unload building materials and equipment
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction
• Operate and control heavy-duty equipment and machinery like Bobcat, backhoe, excavator, etc.
• Build or take apart bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and other structures
• Follow construction plans, blueprints, and instructions provided by management.
• Operating experience in backhoes and forklifts a plus

Qualifications:

• Experience in performing general labor and construction
• Commitment to doing quality work while putting safety first
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
