Job summary

Zero Impact Builders in Napa, CA is seeking a reliable construction laborer to support concrete work, forming, pouring, and finishing on solar, storage, and EV charging projects.

You will load and unload materials, operate light equipment, maintain a clean, safe job site, and follow plans and instructions to help our teams deliver high-quality installations on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in performing general labor and construction.
• Commitment to safety and quality work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete work: forming, pouring, mixing, rebar, and finishing.
• Set up conduit systems (PVC/EMT) and underground wiring per blueprints.
• Load/unload building materials, prepare sites, and operate heavy machinery as needed.
• Follow construction plans and safety rules; assist with scaffolding and bracing.

Requirements:

• General tasks include Concrete; forming, pouring, mixing, rebar, finishing


• Generally working with Conduit PVC, EMT, Underground, and overhead


• Install Transformers/switchboards


• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards


• Load and unload building materials and equipment


• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction


• Operate and control heavy-duty equipment and machinery like Bobcat, backhoe, excavator, etc.


• Build or take apart bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and other structures


• Follow construction plans, blueprints, and instructions provided by management.


• Operating experience in backhoes and forklifts a plus


• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience in performing general labor and construction

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
