Job summary

Zero Impact Builders is seeking a reliable construction laborer to join our Sacramento team. You will perform general labor tasks, assist with site preparation, and support skilled trades while maintaining safety as a priority.

Experience in reading blueprints and basic communication in more than one language is valued. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required; training and development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Concrete; forming, pouring, mixing, rebar, finishing.
• Working with conduit PVC, EMT, Underground, and overhead.
• Install transformers/switchboards.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Load and unload building materials and equipment.
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction.
• Operate and control heavy-duty equipment and machinery like Bobcat, backhoe, excavator, etc.
• Build or take apart bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and other structures.
• Follow construction plans, blueprints, and instructions provided by management.
• Operating experience in backhoes and forklifts a plus.
• Duties as assigned
