Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous construction, restoration, demolition, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools and basic power tools.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug testing, if required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with demolition, cleanup, and reconstruction activities.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
  • Perform general labor duties including lifting, digging, sweeping, and debris removal.
  • Assist with framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and finish work as assigned.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
  • Communicate professionally with customers when working in occupied homes or businesses.
  • Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or job site hazards promptly.
  • Participate in emergency response work, including after-hours or on-call assignments, as needed.
  • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in clean working condition.

Position Overview

As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with a variety of construction, restoration, and property repair projects. Key Responsibilities
