We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in supporting construction and restoration projects by assisting with demolition, site preparation, material handling, and general labor duties. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with a variety of construction, restoration, and property repair projects. You will work alongside skilled technicians and project managers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous construction, restoration, demolition, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
Ability to safely operate hand tools and basic power tools.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
Ability to pass background screening and drug testing, if required.

This position requires the ability to:
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
