Centro Escolar University in Greenville, SC is seeking a construction project intern to support project managers, estimators, superintendents, and field staff. You will assist with day-to-day tasks, maintain contract documents, and help track schedules, safety checks, and quality control on active sites.

This co-op role offers hands-on learning on real projects, mentorship from professionals, and opportunities in bidding, take-offs, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Assist with daily project tasks under supervision of project managers and superintendents.
• Support field staff and perform on-site construction activities as assigned.
• Assist safety and quality control efforts with project team.
• Maintain contract documents: specs, drawings, as-builts, changes.
• Communicate progress and concerns to supervisors.
• Help monitor and update project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bidding, pricing, and estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and subcontractor solicitation.
• Maintain logs of addenda and contract changes.
• Support interns in marketing, accounting, HR, IT with project support tasks as needed.
