Path Construction, a growing general contractor, is seeking qualified college students in Construction related majors for internship opportunities in the Charlotte, NC area. Interns will be exposed to contract administration, procurement, estimating, pay requests, change orders, RFIs, cost control, scheduling, and quality oversight with guidance from seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a 4 year degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• Up-to-date with modern technology and display excellent communication skills.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices.
• Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment and grow the company.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in contract administration, procurement, estimating, and pay requests.
• Participate in change orders, RFIs, and cost control.
• Support scheduling, submittals tracking, and quality control.
• Assist in project closeout and safety program implementation.
