Qualifications

• Must be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or in a Masters program.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs.
• Perform cost estimates.
• Prepare labor schedules.
• Order and receive materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Process change orders.
• Recommend solutions to design changes throughout the construction process.
• Manage subcontractor scope of work respective to various contracts.
