Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC offers a ten-week Summer Internship in multifamily construction, focusing on hands-on site work, open communication, and quality control across projects. You’ll gain real responsibility, learn bid-building processes, and engage with executives and mentors during a structured program.

The internship runs June 2, 2027 – August 6, 2027, with compensation at $33/hour plus potential bonus programs for strong performance and location-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated project management skills with deadlines and quality focus.
• Effective communication with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related major; graduating 2027–2029.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in management of overall site, subcontractors, and inspection of completed work.
• Handle project controls management, including RFIs, submittals, document management, change management and quality control.
• Participate in project planning meetings and reviews.
• Assist preconstruction with quantity takeoffs, bid packages, bids, and estimates.
