Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Bellaire, TX is offering a Construction Intern position for students pursuing a degree in construction-related fields. You will gain hands-on experience in contract prep, project documentation, and tenant improvements within a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities include preparing short form contracts, notices, supporting close-out, coordinating schedules in Smartsheet, processing TI reimbursement requests, and assisting with site visits under supervision.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS/BA in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience with retail developers or general contractors is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare short form contracts for smaller scopes, ensuring accuracy and internal standards.
• Prepare notices for deliveries, delays, or events per lease and timelines.
• Assist Construction Manager(s) in project close-out processes.
• Organize workloads in Smartsheet to schedule deliverables with managers.
• Assist with processing Tenant Improvement reimbursement requests per lease agreements.
• Provide administrative support to the Construction team.
• Participate in job walks or site visits as appropriate.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
